Ordering Guide

1. Technical steps of the order

The order is placed once the following steps have been completed; the contract becomes binding on both parties when the agreed price is paid (see Terms of Sale, section 2).

  1. A product and a colour series are selected from the catalogue.
  2. The product is added to the cart. The sales unit is 1 series (1 series = 4 pieces); the minimum order quantity is 40 pieces.
  3. The destination country is selected in the cart; shipping options and estimated taxes are displayed and the shipping method is chosen.
  4. The billing and delivery details are entered, together with the company name and the tax/VAT/EORI number; the commercial-purpose declaration is confirmed.
  5. The order type is selected (reservation / quote request); no payment is taken at this step.
  6. The order summary form is reviewed and the order is confirmed.
  7. The order confirmation is provided both on this site (the order received page) and by e-mail.
  8. If the quote/reservation method is selected: the order is created as “Reserved” and no payment is taken; the price is finalised through mutual discussion and a payment link is sent to you.

2. Storage of the contract and subsequent access

  • The contract and the order record are stored electronically.
  • Registered users can access their orders from the My account page on this site; for orders placed as a guest, the order link is sent by e-mail.
  • Records are stored for ten years pursuant to Article 11/3 of Law No. 6563, and access is provided throughout that period.

3. Correction of input errors

The following tools are provided so that you can review and correct the information you have entered before confirming the order:

  • The order summary form displayed at the payment step, immediately before confirmation.
  • The option to change quantities, remove products and change the destination country on the cart page.
  • The option to correct all fields at the payment step freely before confirmation, and to return to the cart in order to amend the order.

4. Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms

No alternative dispute resolution mechanism (arbitration, mediation, etc.) has been adopted.
