Delivery Regions and Time
European and Gulf countries (excluding restricted countries). Estimated delivery: Europe ~4–10 business days, Gulf ~5–9 business days (varies by carrier and customs).
Delivery Terms
- "All-inclusive" (DDP): no additional payment — customs duty and import VAT are included in the price.
- "Delivered to your address" (DAP): you pay the import tax in your country (if you are VAT-registered, you may reclaim it); we provide all customs documentation.
The delivery term is determined automatically based on the order amount and the destination country; the net amount is displayed in the panel before payment.
Shipping and Tracking
Shipment is carried out by contracted courier/logistics providers (via ShipEntegra using UPS/FedEx/DHL, etc., or by road); a tracking number is shared.
Damage/Shortage Notification
Any damage/shortage upon delivery must be reported within 7 days with photographs and documentation.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the B2B nature of the transactions, returns are not accepted except for defective or incorrectly shipped products. In the case of a defect, the exchange/return process is initiated within 7 days; reverse logistics terms are determined separately.
Documents
Each shipment is accompanied by a commercial invoice, a packing list, and the required certificate of origin/movement documents (A.TR / EUR.1); where necessary, SABER/ECAS and consular attestation procedures are carried out for the Gulf.
