Data Processed
Identity and contact details (name, company, tax/VAT/EORI number, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp, country), order and delivery information, payment information (your card details are processed only by the payment institution iyzico; our company neither sees nor stores card details), order acceptance records (IP address, browser information, date and time, and the version of the agreement accepted), preference cookies and visit statistics data (see “Visit Statistics” below). The data is collected by automated and partly automated means through forms on the website, e-mail and WhatsApp correspondence, and server logs.

Payment institution (iyzico), shipping/logistics companies (ShipEntegra and carriers), transactional e-mail delivery provider (Brevo, EU), hosting provider (Hostinger, Germany), domain name/DNS service (Cloudflare), business e-mail (Zoho) and the e-mail service used to manage our replies to your e-mails (Google Gmail), e-invoicing integrator (Uyumsoft), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) if you write to us via WhatsApp, Google (Google Maps) when the map on our site loads, and legally authorized public authorities. Transfers abroad are carried out with appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
Retention Period
The periods prescribed by the relevant legislation (e.g. commercial/tax records and e-commerce transaction records, including order acceptance records, for 10 years); at the end of the period, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Lawful basis: contract (orders), legal obligation (tax and e-commerce records), legitimate interest (security, proof of order acceptance, visit statistics), consent (marketing communications; loading the map). The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies; only the strictly necessary and preference cookies listed below are used, so no cookie consent is requested. Data subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Appropriate safeguards (SCC) are used for international transfers.
Cookies
The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Cookies used: yay_currency_widget (currency; for the duration of the session if selected automatically, 1 day if you choose the currency yourself) · yay_currency_do_change_switcher (currency change; 1 day) · ccc_lang (only when you select a language; 1 year) · wp_woocommerce_session_*, woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart (cart; up to 2 days) · wordpress_* (only when you log in to your account; for the duration of the session, or 14 days if “Remember me” is selected). Whether transactional e-mails are opened is recorded only as anonymous statistics and is not linked to any individual. For visitors in Europe (as determined by the device’s time zone), the Google map on our site loads only when you click “Show map”; for all other visitors, it loads when the address section of the page is reached. When the map loads, a connection to Google is established and your IP address is transmitted.
Visit Statistics
To see in aggregate how the website is used (which pages and products draw interest, how many visitors add products to the cart, and which countries and channels visitors come from), we use a visit counter that runs on our own server; no third-party analytics service is used. When you open a page, the website’s own script automatically sends the following to our server: the type of page and the product, the address of the page you came from (at most the site name is kept), the campaign tag (utm) in the link you clicked and whether the link came from Facebook or Instagram, the language of the website, and whether your device has a touch screen. The server uses databases on our server to determine from your IP address your country (in the US, your state) and the network the address belongs to (to separate out automated visits by servers), and it determines your device type from your browser information; for this, your IP address is not sent externally. For visitors in the European Union and the European Economic Area, the script sends only the type of page, the product and the language of the website; the channel you came from and your device type are not counted.
The counter does not record your IP address. To count each visitor once a day and to limit excessive requests, a short hash is created from your IP address and browser information using a secret key that is renewed every day; on the first visit of each new day, the keys of previous days and the hashes older than yesterday are deleted. Only daily totals that cannot be linked to anyone (e.g. “3 visits from Germany today”) are kept permanently. For this count, no cookie is used and nothing is saved on your device; your IP address and the hashes are not shared with anyone. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website and our advertising, filtering out bot traffic and limiting excessive requests (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). For visitors from the US, the campaign tag (utm) of the link that brought you to the website, the site you came from and the first page you opened are also kept in your browser’s session storage until the tab is closed; if you send a reservation request, they are added to your order so that we can see which advertisement brought the request (legitimate interest).
